@CN0te11  Don&#039;t eat fastfood, processed foods, etc. Eat 1 or 2 PB and Js after every meal. Eat a lot of pasta. Go to the gym and lift. Supplement within 30 mins after your workout. And, do drink 2 percent milk, oh my god it works. Make it a habit to drink a lot of it, it helps if you think it tastes good. Also, drink lots of water, get lots of sleep. Not 30 mins of cardio a day because that burns too much fat. and yeah.</description>
